Our Story

Brookside of Superior Township MI began on September 21,2000, when the original Master Deed was recorded with Washtenaw County. Prior to this time Selective-Delaware/Centex Builders had submitted plans to Superior Township and were approved to build a new detached condominium community atthe crossroads of Geddes Road and Harris Road in Superior Township, MI. The community would consist of 371 single family detached condominiums. The community would have2 playgrounds, A walking path park and several other community green areas.
